Horrible service. I ordered sympathy flowers from the website for someone that passed away. Got an email confirmation and my credit card was charged. I noticed a few days later that I did not get an email saying they were delivered. I sent 2 emails. No response. So then proceeded to call, and it took 4 calls to get someone on the phone. Then the lady said she would search for order, and call me back. I called back in an hour since she didn't call me back, she said she got busy. She said order was not filled, this is almost a week later, so she would cancel and refund the money. It sounded like she cannot handle the business and she talked about shutting down her sight. She also said that she does not send delivery confirmation emails, which is bad business I feel. My advice is, use another florist if you need your flowers in a timely manner. This one is old school and not able to handle things.
I had such a wonderful experience. I live in Illinois and my grandmother's funeral is tomorrow. The owner and I talked for a while and she is the sweetest person. So understanding and helpful. She is in a small town and it was so nice to be able to talk. I'm also from a small town in Maryland and really reminds me of home with knowing that people know each other. It was so nice to have that small town love and support.
Mrs. Diane is an angel in disguise! It's truly a blessing every time I walk through those doors! The shop is always beautiful.She loves and adores cats and even accepted my daughter's cat into her home.Great business for flowers and home goods.

BEWARE - I ordered flowers for a family member and they were never delivered - I did receive and email confirmation and my card was charged. I called and sent emails with no response over several days. I would avoid this business at all costs; I tried reporting this to BBB but they are not accredited.

We called them on Saturday and needed flowers sent that day to a cousin there in Thomson for her birthday. She couldn't have been nicer and actually called us to let us know our cousin wasn't home and we were able to give them directions to leave them on the covered back porch. For family in that area, we will always use this flower shop to send flowers. Thank you, the flowers were beautiful and bright, just like we asked.

A truly awesome florist! I've ordered from them for over eight years and each time is better than the last. The best part for me is that I live in Atlanta and I call them for an order for special occasions for my friends and family in Thomson and the surrounding CSRA. Their products are top notch and each recipient is always happy with the selection. Great service and people.
